I am a mom, a wife, a woman. I am a person who has struggled with my weight my entire life. I put my health on the back burner for many years - not realizing that taking care of myself would benefit all aspects of my life.
MY JOURNEY
Years of crash dieting, binge eating and just making overall unhealthy choices with food lead me to my heaviest weight at 270 lbs. Seeing that number on the scale scared me-in that moment i decided enough was enough. It was time to make a change!

Slow and steady wins the race. It took me 18 months to loose the 100 lbs- with many ups and downs. I started off with small changes, tracked what worked and what didn't. I learned what worked for my body.
But this time I didn't give up. I trusted the process and even if I had a bad day I continued to push forward the next day.
